Welcome to Prince Yarns Company Customer Service Center. This is the place for affordable creative yarns and great customer service. We really want you to be happy.

If you have any problems, however large or small, contact us freely and we will make sure it gets fixed.

Both bank-transfer and PayPal are fine. Obviously, Paypal is the best way. If this is your first time using PayPal, you will find that it is quick, simple and very secure.

If you are having trouble paying with Paypal, you also get in touch with us.



Shipping is by EMS Express (U.S.P.S.), FEDEX, TNT, or DHL and yarns are shipped within 2 working days. Large orders may take longer, but we will let you know if that is the case and will juggle whatever needs juggling to make sure you get your package when you need it!

And most of all, please give us your shipping details and phone number for better and safer carriage.

Allow up to one week from the date of shipment. Or contact us to set up a priority shipping method as your request.



Returns are fine within 30 days of purchase. You will get a refund minus the cost of return shipping no questions asked. But we are not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned products. If the fault is at our end you will, of course, get a complete refund or replacement; whatever you choose.

Exchanges are also fine if you return the item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.
